Wk 6 Continued, lockdown learning

Morena whanau, as you know we are in our second week of Level 3 lockdown in Auckland. A quick post to say great job done by Room 6 learners both online and offline.  It has been awesome seeing you in our google meets and completing your learning with whanau support.

what a great day we have had meeting in google hangouts and working through our online learning activities. You were all amazing! Fantasic Friday: Here are some snapshot visuals of the fun we have had at school over the last few weeks. Everything from a whole school picnic celebrating Cook Island Language week to our Kapa Haka practises starting and learning more super shortcuts from Ms Grant.

Lockdown Level 3

Kia ora whanau, as you are all aware we are now in lockdown level 3 in Auckland.

Morena everyone, Welcome back to school! We have had an exciting last two weeks and are keen to share more with you as the term goes on.

Here are a few snippets. 

WALT: to think like a Scientist. We have been learning how to use and understand The Scientific Method. We invited some Scientists from Motat to share our learning and they showed us how to make rockets out of everyday objects, then we go to launch them.
