Week 10 already!
Kia ora everybody, we have worked really hard this week to manage ourselves and work well with others. We have been learning skills to play Rippa Rugby, and what Fair Play is. Had fun with Mrs Mitchel, playing our recorders too. We have also continued to construct our cardboard arcade games. Today we had our buddy class come and share their thoughts and ideas about what we'd done so far. They also lent a helping had with some of the tricky bits.

Kia Ora Room 6, We are Year 3 students from Room 4 Tautoro School. We live in Northland, in a tiny community called Tautoro. Our closest town is Kaikohe. Our closest city is Whangarei.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed reading about the things you have been learning especially making arcade games out of cardboard. What are you going to do with your arcade games when you have finished them? You were lucky to have a buddy class to help you with the tricky bits.
We liked looking at your photos. Do you enjoy playing the recorder?
We are learning to manage ourselves too. We use our 12 wakahoe to help us especially the tikanga and manaakitanga hoe. Enjoy your learning in your last week and we hope you have a lovely holiday. See you next term.

ReplyDeleteWe really like your games because they look like the arcade games. We would all love to have a go playing them. What kind of games did you make? It looked really cool how you made the outside bit so they looked like the proper games. We can tell you were focusing well, it looks like you have been practicing. You have put a lot of effort into your work and you are really concerntrating.
